The association aims to promote and develop simulation-based agile Open-Source Software (OSS) research prototypes. The goal is to provide a cost-effective and easily accessible platform primarily for researchers, enabling experiments and research in simulation environments. The primary philosophy is to avoid complicated local installations to ease access.

Through the operation and maintenance of the platform, the association fosters faster and more reliable research, particularly in the field of simulation-based testing of Cyber-Physical Systems and other relevant areas.

In addition, the association supports direct and/or indirect collaboration and exchange between researchers, institutions, and companies to promote socially relevant innovative solutions and advancements.

The association also supports other projects and initiatives that align with its goals and advance research and development in the field of simulation-based technologies.
